who runs this

mysp8c.com is run by mysp8c, the artist. It's his own site, made to look like a 2006 MySpace profile. It isn't MySpace and has no connection to MySpace (or Tom), Instagram or X.

ur account

To sign up you give an email address, a password and a display name, and pick one of the preset pictures. Your display name, picture, the date you joined and your comments are public. Your email address is not (see the Privacy Policy).

Use an email address that's yours and keep your password to yourself: whatever gets posted from your account is on you. You can change your display name, picture, password and mailing-list choice on your account page.

comments

Comments are public: anyone who visits the site can read them, next to your display name and picture. Don't post:

• hate: attacks on people for who they are
• harassment, threats, or someone else's personal info
• anything illegal
• spam

mysp8c can delete any comment, for any reason, and can delete the account of anyone who breaks these rules. You can delete your own comments too. There's a limit of 10 comments a minute.

What you write is still yours, but by posting it you're OK with it being shown on this site.

his stuff

The music, photos, videos and posts on this site are mysp8c's. Posts marked Instagram or X are his own public posts, copied here automatically from his accounts. Enjoy them and share links to them, just don't pass them off as your own.

the mailing list

If you leave the mailing-list box ticked when you sign up, mysp8c can email you news and drops. You can turn that off any time on your account page, and every mailing-list email has an unsubscribe link. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Use Report Abuse at the bottom of any page, or send a message to @MYSP8C on Instagram. Say which comment or page it's about.

no promises

The site is free and run by one person. We do our best, but it can break, change, go offline or lose things, and features can come and go without notice.
